Cloudy Bay & Scallop Ceviche at Fish Market landscape

New Zealand’s Cloudy Bay Winery has teamed up with City-based restaurant, Fish Market, to celebrate the launch of the latest vintage of its world-famous Sauvignon Blanc this Autumn.  The 2013 Sauvignon Blanc, which has become the benchmark for New Zealand’s best loved grape, is released at the beginning of October each year.  To mark the arrival of the latest vintage in the UK, Fish Market’s Head Chef, Barry MacMillan, has created a dish to pair to the wine; “Scallop ceviche, lemon, thyme, shallot & chilli”. The dish will be available exclusively at Fish Market until the end of October.
